Responsibilities
- Lead the crude gathering volume forecasting process, including gathering customer outlook for upcoming wells, analyzing type curves and calculating remaining inventory.
- Maintain and automate analytic tools to support commercial activities, including active rigs, permitting activity, well trends, market share, among others.
- Lead efforts in building dashboards, automating recurring reports, and improving data accessibility and quality.
- Evaluate new M&A opportunities that align with our broader crude strategy.
Requirements
- The exact title will be determined based on the individual candidate’s skillset and applicable work experience.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant
- experience in investment banking, financial services, corporate development, commercial, engineering or related industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to creatively model new opportunities, identify trends, organize data and communicate insights clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; ability to learn and use additional analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) and new systems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
