Responsibilities
- - Perform rigorous data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all internal and external reporting.
- - Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with client leadership, translating their clinical and financial business needs into technical data solutions.
- Internal: - Serve as the primary architect and SME for Metabase (our primary BI tool), developing and maintaining complex dashboards to track KPIs.
Requirements
- Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 3–5+ years of proven
- experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Solutions Analyst within the healthcare software or services industry.
- - Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- - Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, reporting, and data manipulation.
- - Strong familiarity with Excel and supporting BI/data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- experience in a customer-facing, solutions-oriented, or pre-sales environment. - Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- - Analyze and interpret specialized healthcare data, with a heavy focus on clinical and financial healthcare reporting (e.g., claims data, denial rates, therapist utilization, and clinical outcomes).
- - Partner directly with multiple departments to create recurring dashboards that track company-wide progress toward strategic initiatives and financial KPIs.
- - Centralize data from multiple sources (CRM, HelpDesk, Task Management, Pendo) to build comprehensive performance dashboards for Customer Success and other service leadership teams.
