Experience: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Technology, or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of energy industry Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Technology, or related field and ten (10) years of energy industry Other
Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Experience in negotiating commercial documents and agreements as well as established commercial contacts at appropriate levels throughout the industry
Experience leading project teams across multiple disciplines focused on commercial operations Extensive knowledge of business needs and challenges of our customers and in-depth understanding of commercial systems About Houston (Williams Tower Location): Our Houston office is located in the Williams Tower, just steps from the Houston Galleria on Post Oak Boulevard, an area with more than 700 retailers, fine dining and hotels within two square miles.

The Mgr Commercial Optimization & Transportation is responsible for managing a team of transportation representatives, optimizing transmission and storage assets to support, develop and implement controls to optimize utilization of services and technologies in an effort to increase revenue and manage risk.

Responsibilities/Expectations: Supports, develops and implements sophisticated analytics to better predict customer activities and utilization of services along with market analysis Leads collaboration with pipeline control and operations teams to ensure alignment of priorities Manages a team of transportation representatives responsible for nominations, allocations, confirmations and balancing of gas flow volumes across the system Manages team of schedulers on daily operations as well as commercial
