Responsibilities
- Deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets through pricing, programs, and portfolio strategy.
- Lead account execution, including contract compliance, training, and best-practice implementation.
- Expand dealer and customer relationships while driving contract utilization and regional execution.
Requirements
- Success requires strong account leadership, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex public-sector environments.
- What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience working in an operations- or manufacturing-driven environment.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Self-driven, resilient sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and navigating complex, contract-driven environments.

- The pay range for this position is $105 288,00 - $195 533,00 However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

- As a National Fleet Manager, Government, you will drive growth and retention of state and local fleet accounts across the West Region.
- You’ll serve as the primary field contact, aligning Goodyear products and services with dealers and government agencies.
