Requirements
- If you are a seasoned marketer who thrives on data, loves the "art of the deal," and knows how to build a world-class field
- Operational Excellence & Leadership Revenue Operations Alignment: Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize our tech stack (Salesforce, Clay) for better account identification and faster lead follow-up.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on open-source and cloud infrastructure trends to ensure Aiven’s regional presence remains competitive and forward-thinking.
- experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced
- experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms is required.
- Experience with modern outbound tools like Clay is a major plus.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with a technical audience is highly preferred.
- Location & Attributes Based in Cork, Ireland: Ability to work in our Cork office in a hybrid capacity to lead regional collaboration.
