Requirements
- - CA or CMA semi-qualified, or equivalent professional accounting background - Strong command of Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and the lookups that actually find the break - Hands-on with ERP and accounting tools like Zoho or NetSuite - High ownership.
- You treat unreconciled items as yours until they're closed. - Street-smart on discrepancies: you find the root cause, not the workaround - Strong advantages: exposure to cross-border or multi-currency reconciliations. - Working knowledge of payment partner reporting is a plus.
