Requirements
- Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
- Experience within a financial exchange, clearing organization, or high-volume payment processor - Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex financial data - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards; familiarity with exchange or FCM rules is a plus - Hands-on exposure to settlement flows, treasury operations, crypto rails, or multi-venue transaction processing - High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - Clear communication skills and effectiveness working
