Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, becoming their go-to person in payments. - Drive growth.
- Research markets, analyze industries, and surface new business growth paths for clients. - Collaborate across Solidgate.
- Track and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally.
Requirements
- experience in account management, business development, or sales in B2B products. - Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) — you’ll be talking to global decision-makers daily. - Proven sales mindset — able to identify expansion opportunities, drive upsells, and maximize account value. - Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Confident in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
