Responsibilities

Review, draft, structure, and negotiate all aspects of SaaS contracts (customer and vendor agreements), including but not limited to BAA, DPA, Information Security Addendums, renewals, and strategic partnerships.
Establish efficient processes for legal operations, including contract management and approvals.
Develop and implement legal strategies to support Zenoti’s business objectives and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across all geographies where Zenoti operates. Risk Management:
Align legal processes to effectively support global teams and operations.
Lead a high-performing Legal team, ensuring alignment with Zenoti’s key objections in a fast-paced environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in state of residence is required.
experience supporting a SaaS organization and its executive team experience with HIPAA and GDPR). Demonstrated
experience in labor & employment and IP portfolio management, including management of outside counsel.
Experience managing legal operations across multiple geographies is required

Zenoti Pay Range $250,000 — $300,000 USD
