Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned key accounts •
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions with the help of our technical team •
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities •
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical consultants) to deliver seamless client experiences •

- Master Concept is an esteemed technology advisor and Cloud Service Provider (CSP) base in Asia-Pacific, helping organisations embrace digital transformation through cloud, data, security, and collaboration solutions.
- You'll be the face of Master Concept for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction through strategic relationship management and solution selling.
- experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably with exposure to the public sector or government clients •
- Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, RFPs , and vendor engagement processes in Hong Kong will have advantage •
- Experience in IT solution selling, especially in cloud computing, system integration, or cybersecurity •
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. •
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Our Culture: •
