experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction services or a similar environment - Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods and M&A processes - Strong financial modelling, analytical and synthesis skills - Interest in software, technology and recurring-revenue business models - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Professional fluency in French and English - German or Spanish would be an advantage Your Profile - Curious about software,

About the Role As an M&A Analyst Intern, you will support Everfield’s M&A team throughout the investment lifecycle, from market mapping and opportunity assessment to valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.
What You Will Do - Research and map vertical software markets across France - Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities - Analyse companies’ business models, markets, competitive positioning and financial performance - Build valuation analyses and review software-specific metrics, including recurring revenue, retention, growth and profitability - Prepare company profiles, investment materials and internal recommendations - Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence - Assist
