Senior Product Manager, AI

at Webflow

Remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences.
  • Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other, and build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike.
  • Define what "good" means for products that never behave the same way twice. Set the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold us to it.
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.

Requirements

  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across Webflow's platform.
  • This is our Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them, and the platform underneath that powers it all.
  • Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet, and you'll help define it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web. About the role:
  • As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you'll…
  • Place durable bets as the AI landscape shifts.
  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • You'll thrive as a Senior Product Manager, AI, if you:
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
  • Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
  • Can define "good" for non-deterministic products. You've built AI or similar products and set the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run.
  • Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's. Our Core Behaviors:
  • To join Webflow, you'll need a valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment.
  • If you are extended an offer, that offer may be contingent upon your successful completion of a background check, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

Experience

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in AI-powered systems.

  • Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
