Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Value Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive successful outcomes. - Coordinate executive sponsorship and internal resources for strategic pursuits. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce and related systems.

- Together, the team will identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities across portfolio companies where automation, AI, and agentic orchestration can drive operational efficiency, EBITDA improvement, and digital transformation outcomes.
- Portfolio Company Expansion - Manage and grow a targeted set of existing portfolio company accounts. - Identify opportunities to expand UiPath platform adoption across automation, AI, agentic workflows, and process orchestration. - Align solutions to operational improvement initiatives, cost optimization programs, and transformation priorities.
- experience with a proven record of quota attainment. -
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations. - Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and complex solution selling. - Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level conversations. - Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills. -
- Experience selling automation, AI, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platform solutions. -
- Experience working alongside overlay or strategic account teams.
- - Knowledge of operational transformation, shared services, finance operations, or IT modernization initiatives.
- - Hunter mentality with strong pipeline creation capabilities - Executive presence and communication skills - Strategic account planning - Collaborative team orientation - Value-based and consultative selling - Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Ability to travel ~50% - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
