- Track upstream project roadmaps and ensure the product is aware of relevant updates and features.
- Evaluate customer and market trends through customer interviews, workload analysis, partnerships, technology innovations, and competitive analysis as part of product planning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, Support, Sales and Partner teams on an ongoing basis.

- Knowledge of technologies such as DevOps, GitOps, Cluster API, Provisioning Comfortable with deep technical subjects and principals Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills, both in physical and virtual settings across oceans and cultures Self-motivated, able to handle ambiguity and work independently and in a team
