Responsibilities
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO and Executive Team, including prioritization of meetings, proactive conflict resolution, and protection of focused work time
- Ensure day-to-day calendars are coordinated across CEO and Executive team and strive to keep the CEO and Executive team on schedule daily
- Own logistical planning and organize materials for board meetings, investor updates, executive offsites, company all-hands, and leadership events from end to end
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
Requirements

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously without losing sight of details
- Highly proficient with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management tools at minimum), with an interest in utilizing AI
