Responsibilities
- Prepare for and run discovery sessions with new prospects to articulate LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and the value of the usage based pricing model
- Customize and deliver demos with the Solutions Engineering team
- Run a proof of concept for prospects
- Own, build and develop the relationship with existing customers, demonstrating product usage and capabilities and developing new opportunities
- Develop new opportunities from our existing customers
- Deliver customer feedback for our product and engineering teams
Requirements
- Gain an understanding of third party architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accurately position and price our usage based model
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
- experience in the developer tool space a plus •

- Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones for Level 3:
- Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $ 136,000 - $187,000 **
- Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $ 122,000 - $168,000 **
- Zone 3: All other US locations - $ 116,000 - $159,000 **

- LaunchDarkly is specifically looking for product oriented, customer focused, sales-oriented individuals to play a significant role in the expansion of our Corporate Account Executive team.
- This role will work directly with a manager, sales engineers, and other resources to help customers successfully test, purchase, and adopt LaunchDarkly.

- Qualify and convert inbounds leads at a rapid pace
- Articulate and sell the value of LD’s platform subscriptions
- Educate, evangelize, and guide our customers through a successful adoption of LaunchDarkly
- Keep all data in tools up to date; SFDC, Outreach, Nooks, Pocus, Claude
- Accurately forecast sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
