Responsibilities

  • Build outbound pipeline across EMEA markets through strategic, high-volume prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Research target accounts deeply — understanding their business model, monetization strategy, organizational structure, and buying signals before outreach.
  • Own full sales cycles from first touch through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders across monetization, product, engineering, and executive teams.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting, clean pipeline management, and strong operational follow-through in HubSpot.

  • Bachelor or Master degrees 1+ years of
  • experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • You thrive with ambiguity: Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation.
