Responsibilities
- Build outbound pipeline across EMEA markets through strategic, high-volume prospecting and relationship-building.
- Research target accounts deeply — understanding their business model, monetization strategy, organizational structure, and buying signals before outreach.
- Own full sales cycles from first touch through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders across monetization, product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, clean pipeline management, and strong operational follow-through in HubSpot.

- Use AI tools and modern sales tooling to create leverage across research, prioritization, outreach, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor or Master degrees 1+ years of
- experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- You thrive with ambiguity: Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation.
