Factory Controller (Mesa, AZ)

Requirements

• The ideal candidate brings a high level of ownership, analytical rigor, and a solutions-first mindset, with the ability to partner effectively across finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to keep factory operations running efficiently.
• experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including activity-based costing, cost pools, and allocation methodologies
