Facility Security Officer

Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor personnel security clearances, access control systems, and visitor logs to ensure all requirements are met.
- Conduct periodic security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Develop and provide FCL/NISPOM-specific training to Hadrian employees and contractors involved in relevant programs.
- Verify compliance with NISPOM and related requirements, enforce need-to-know barriers, and act as Hadrian’s point of contact for incident response and management.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of, and
- experience in planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and processes related to facility clearance, NISPOM, and related information security protocols. Practical knowledge and
- experience with the Defense Information System for Security, National Industrial Security System, National Background Investigation Service, EAPP, and DCSA generally.
- Previous FSO experience, including FSO certification, preferred. U.S. citizenship.
- experience managing multiple workflows and designing scalable systems.
