Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and support reporting, forecasting, and operational finance projects
- Manage and support client invoicing and billing workflows
- Review and reconcile financial transactions across banking, accounting, payroll, and expense systems
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
- Organize and maintain clean financial documentation and operational records
- Categorize expenses and maintain structured financial data across departments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance and billing-related questions

- experience as a staff accountant or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in accounting or finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and other accounting theory and three statement financial modeling
- Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and make recommendations
- Ability to describe accounting systems and processes in written and verbal correspondence
- Strong knowledge of and
- experience with international tax processes
- Mastery of Microsoft Office; accounting software including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Expensify and Bill.com
- Ability to navigate a dynamic startup environment, adapt to evolving priorities, and take ownership in building structure and establishing foundational accounting processes
- You thrive with ambiguity : Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation.
