- Own end-to-end architectural strategy for largescale, multiyear transformation programs.
- Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
- Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.
- Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization.
- Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

- Job Description The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI driven customer engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
- Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI powered CX and enterprise architecture.
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s strongly preferred. 15+ years of
- experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments. 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale.
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning.
- Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights.
- Sprinklr is here to do three things: Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.
