- Could that be you? YOUR MISSION The ‘Go-to-Market’ (GTM) function within UiPath’s Professional Services team is responsible for driving marketing and sales of UiPath services offerings with internal and external customers.
- As the Services growth team, the GTM function works closely with UiPath’s software sales team to provide services proposals, define services offerings, scope services contracts for customers, support contract closure, and participate in solution delivery to help grow the business.
- The GTM function also plays a key role in working with UiPath Partner to lead delivery of Professional Services work.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Product and Services Knowledge - Maintain an excellent understanding of the UiPath product and how UiPath Professional Services can implement the product - Define repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings and solutions - Understand competitor landscape and talk-track around "Why UiPath Services" - Work closely with UiPath delivery partners to understand their capabilities, limitations, and support models - Help Grow the Services Business - Partner with sales, product,
- Experience leading and supervising teams of 5+ individual contributors, coaching them and inspiring them in alignment with company values - Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders both internal to the organization and external to clients - Ownership over outcomes – ability to independently problem-solve, make decisions, weigh trade-offs, and navigate through ambiguous and changing situations - A strong optimism for the future of Agentic AI capabilities and their
Experience
- experience leadings services sales and growth teams at an enterprise software company or for enterprise software integrators - 10+ years of client-facing professional services experiences, either in services sales or services delivery -
