Requirements
- Get to Know Us Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them.
- experience in SaaS or technology contracting who is looking to deepen their in-house
- experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions. - Direct
- experience with: - Negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements (customer and, ideally, partner/channel deals). - Data protection/security issues in commercial contracts (e.g., DPAs, security exhibits, incident response, audit rights). - Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in house legal within SaaS -
- Experience supporting channel, MSP/MSSP, or distributor models. - Familiarity with international contracting issues (e.g., cross-border data transfers, GDPR basics, export control). - Comfort leveraging AI and legal tech tools to streamline drafting, review, and knowledge management.
