Senior Product Manager, Code

at Webflow

ArgentinaRemote

Responsibilities

  • Build for developers and AI agents alike.
  • Own the roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces.
  • Define what "good" means for extensibility.
  • Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other and build shared primitives once, rather than solving the same problem twice.
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.

Requirements

  • We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own how people extend Webflow with code, whether they're developers writing it themselves or the AI agents increasingly writing it alongside them.
  • You'll design surfaces that serve the developers who have always worked in code and the AI agents that increasingly write it, treating both as first-class users.
  • Place durable bets in a shifting landscape. Developer tooling and AI-assisted coding are moving fast, and you'll make choices that hold up as the tools and the ecosystem evolve. About you: Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
  • Experience with APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling.
  • Are genuinely technical. You read and reason about code, hold a point of view on API and abstraction design, and are comfortable working in a codebase rather than just adjacent to one.
  • Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI and developer tooling to speed up both your own work and your team's.
  • To join Webflow, you'll need a valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment.
  • If you are extended an offer, that offer may be contingent upon your successful completion of a background check, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

Experience

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in developer or platform products.

Benefits

  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • Support for every stage of family life . 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents.
  • Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
  • Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical

Additional details

  • Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust.
  • Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
  • Our Code team builds the surfaces that bring code-based primitives into Webflow and keep them in sync with the rest of the platform.
  • This is where Webflow's visual canvas meets real code.
  • It's one of the hardest and most interesting seams in the product, connecting a visual way of building to the code underneath it so that neither one holds the other back.
  • You'll own that seam, deciding how far the two worlds reach into each other and making the connection feel native to developers and agents. About the role:
  • Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
  • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
  • You'll lead the products that let developers and agents extend Webflow with code, starting with code components, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data.
  • You'll set the quality bar for developer-grade extensibility, including the hard problem of keeping a visual product and real code faithful to each other as each side changes.
