Responsibilities
- Build and enhance custom widgets and frontend capabilities required by core product and client teams.
- Support critical client implementations and act as a technical lead for high-priority services web-development projects when needed.
- Handle and troubleshoot escalations related to custom client implementations, ensuring timely resolution and engineering quality.
- Collaborate with vendor development teams and assist in evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding external web developers.
- Create structured onboarding material, technical documentation, learning modules, and training programs for web developers.
- Conduct skilling and upskilling initiatives covering modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, accessibility, SSR, SEO, and engineering best practices.
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

- Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of reusable web platform components, SDKs, and frontend development utilities.
- What Makes You Qualified Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component systems, and widget- based development.
- Familiarity with SSR, frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO concepts.
- Knowledge of API integration, state management, and scalable frontend application design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
