A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,000.00 - $198,000.00 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. About Affinity

Affinity is seeking a technically strong and operationally minded Assistant Controller to join our
Accounting team reporting to the Controller. We’re looking for someone who started their career
in the Big 4 and transitioned into corporate, bringing that foundation with them. Along the way,
you’ve driven process improvements, led system implementations, and never been afraid to roll
up your sleeves. You’ve also built and managed lean, high-performing teams and know what it
business, and just as importantly, where we’re headed. This role will be instrumental in owning
our technical accounting, financial reporting, and the controls infrastructure that supports a
scaling SaaS business. The Assistant Controller will take meaningful ownership of complex
accounting areas across all entities, serve as a key contributor to the monthly close process,
