Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and grow a team of data scientists and data science managers with varied strengths and expertise focused on product strategy, internal tooling, and Impact measurement
- Champion data quality, accessibility, and the democratization of data across the company
- Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization

- This org engages closely with AI Research and is a driving force behind our evals work and the future of product measurement at scale.
- You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research leadership to embed data-driven thinking and modern AI-product measurement into how we build.
- Shape how we measure AI products: evals, quality, and experimentation for LLM-powered assistants and agents in partnership with AI Research We'd love to hear from you if you have: 8+ years of
- experience working in AI, Data Science, or a related field Proven
- experience building or measuring AI products, ideally LLM-powered assistants, agents, chatbots, or copilots
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting, with the technical curiosity to learn and grow alongside your team
- Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments, with a desire to build an inclusive and diverse culture While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: •
