  • You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research leadership to embed data-driven thinking and modern AI-product measurement into how we build.
  • Shape how we measure AI products: evals, quality, and experimentation for LLM-powered assistants and agents in partnership with AI Research We'd love to hear from you if you have: 8+ years of
  • experience working in AI, Data Science, or a related field Proven
  • experience building or measuring AI products, ideally LLM-powered assistants, agents, chatbots, or copilots
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting, with the technical curiosity to learn and grow alongside your team
  • Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments, with a desire to build an inclusive and diverse culture While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: •
