- ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Financial Systems is a hands-on senior leader who owns the strategy and execution of Socure's finance technology stack — including ERP, billing, revenue, and adjacent financial applications.
- This is a role for someone who understands financial processes deeply, not just the tools that support them, and who can translate that understanding into scalable, automated solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a builder and a doer — equally comfortable designing a systems architecture, configuring tooling, or rolling up their sleeves on a billing workflow fix.
- They form trusted partnerships across the organization and get things done through influence and collaboration, connecting every decision back to Socure's broader goals of growth, operational excellence, and a strong control environment.
