8+ years in HR / People roles, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.

As a member of the Engineering People Partner team, you’ll be a key partner in helping the largest function at Figma mature and thrive during a dynamic and high growth phase.
In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner to Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations, working closely with the VP, Engineering and VP, Data and their respective leadership teams.
