Responsibilities
- Ship the best design work of your career
- Collaborate on the strategic product direction related to financial infrastructure
- Own the design process through gathering
- Advocate for, and guide other designers and engineers about Vercel's approach to designing financial infrastructure across the product.
Requirements
- As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.
- experience designing interactive apps, preferably in complex technical industries.
- You have excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
- You’re comfortable delivering the right artifacts at the right time with modern design tooling: from FigJam workshops to Figma mockups to production/prototype code with v0, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to proactively seek feedback and influence peers while improving the product.
- Are comfortable with basic modern web development, from Git to Javascript

- The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $156,000 - $234,000.
- Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
- Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
- The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
