Build a global hiring strategy to help us scale our R&D teams.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition leadership team on global recruiting, operational effectiveness, headcount planning, team capacity planning, and recruiting resource allocation. About you 10+ years of

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $196,000 - $230,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual
qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.

As the Head of Technical Recruiting, you will lead a team of seasoned talent acquisition professionals to support R&D hiring at Asana.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team to enable the timely delivery of business objectives through high quality hiring.
This role will also closely partner with R&D Leadership, People Team leadership, Finance, and the rest of talent acquisition leadership in defining and developing world-class assessment, reporting, and talent engagement strategies.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
