Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to end-users of Change Healthcare Cardiology cardiac monitoring and evaluation applications Diagnosing software and hardware malfunctions and giving direction/training and technical guidance to other members of the Invasive support team and software development groups to identify and resolve problems Integrate Change Healthcare Cardiology software with various hospital medical devices and hospital information systems Performing software and/or hardware upgrades to
Requirements
- Travels to customer sites to assist with application/basic workflow training and skills improvement workshops for support staff.
- If you are located in Pacific Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely
- Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 2+ years of progressive
- experience in related clinical and/or biomedical product engineering position providing technical support to product support teams
- Experience in supporting/educating clinical users on use of bio-medical equipment or clinical technology solutions Proven advanced computer skills to remotely access customer environments and provide time critical product support Ability to work on-call overtime hours on a rotating basis Mon-Sun Preferred
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Biomedical Engineering
- Experience with Cardiology department workflow
- Experience in higher level medical communication protocols (DICOM, HL-7) Familiarity with document/registry standards such as JCAHO, NCDR, or STS Proven hemodynamics background, biomedical devices and/or applications Proven technical support of cardiac hemodynamic monitoring systems Proven advanced computer skills to navigate software systems *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
