Requirements
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design.
- You know how to go narrow on niche roles and create a stacked funnel for evergreen roles. - AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel. - Creative Outreach: Be AI tool driven.
- Move beyond standard LinkedIn templates.
- - Deep Research: Map out talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities to find "undiscovered" talent.
- PREFERRED TOOLS - ATS: Ashby (preferred) or Greenhouse. - Sourcing: Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and Twitter. Full-Time Employee
Experience
- Experience: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech firm. - Technical Fluency: You understand the tech stack in depth, can navigate a GitHub profile, and know why someone would fit our EPD team, company and values. - Persistence: You have a "hunter" mentality.
