Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot basic user-access issues for partners and liaise with portal vendors to log technical tickets and track their resolution.
- Fund Tracking & Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner budget requests, preliminary compliance logs, and claim histories.
- Ensure all transactional data is accurately recorded in our master dashboards.
