Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region, specially in Colombia.
- Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.
- Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.
- Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the LATAM market and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within multi-layered organizations. You will:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally in STEM, Economics, or Finance); an MBA is a plus, though we value a "learner’s mindset" above all.
- Communication: Strong structured thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations with ease.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese with the ability to switch between them seamlessly in a daily work environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English. What We Value

Experience
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component.
