Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Human-AI Ecosystems: Design integrated GTM systems that leverage AI to handle repetitive tactical execution, allowing the team to focus on strategic innovation and high-value creativity. •
- Build & Train "AI Teammates": Develop and implement AI-driven workflows that provide real-time insights, automate content personalization for our different segments, and handle continuous data analysis. •
- ABM & Pipeline Architecture: Design "ABM Lite" programs and automated cross-functional workflows that connect Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management (RM) teams to accelerate deal velocity and retention. •
Requirements
- You will evolve the growth function from manual campaign execution into a scalable, human-AI campaign ecosystem.
- You are a systems-builder who will design the automated workflows and "AI teammates" that drive predictable pipeline and global expansion.
- Strategic Pattern Recognition: Move beyond backward-looking reporting.
- Use AI-augmented data to identify market shifts and performance patterns, enabling us to predict and adapt to market changes ahead of the competition. •
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Marketing to generate high-performing assets and Marketing Operations to build the robust technical engine required for a modern GTM stack.
- Systems Thinker: Proven ability to architect automated workflows and use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) to scale marketing output without increasing manual overhead. •
- experience with systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HighSpot. •
- Experience working effectively with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales leads in a high-growth, global environment. •
- Multi-Segment Expertise: Familiarity with the alternative investment landscape and the nuances of marketing to institutional and wealth personas. What You’ll Get: •
