Requirements
- Socure is seeking a Post-Sales Solution Consultant, Big Tech/AI to lead complex customer solutioning across implementation and strategic post-sales engagements.
- In this role, you will partner closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, guide proof-of-concept and delivery efforts, translate technical complexity into business value, and bring field insight back into product and go-to-market strategy.
- experience navigating sophisticated enterprise environments—particularly in identity, fraud, fintech, risk, or related data- and AI-driven domains.
- What you’ll do - Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic Big Tech/AI customers, serving as a trusted advisor across implementation and ongoing customer engagements.
- experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical consulting, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- - Strong technical depth across APIs, data flows, analytics, ML/DS-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery environments.
