- About the role: Sprinklr is looking for Backend Engineers who are keen to develop massively scalable, distributed software systems built on strong competencies in data structures and algorithms.
- You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and distributed systems such as mongo, scylladb, cassandra, apache spark, elasticsearch, kafka, redis and a lot more! Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development, and propose new ideas and approaches to improve our platform.
- What makes you qualified: Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others. 2 years of Java
- experience with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms , and a proven track record of contributing to fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
- A sense of urgency and ownership over the product.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier I college.
