- Experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or pipeline generation - Strong written communication and copywriting skills - Confidence identifying and engaging senior stakeholders - Ability to research accounts and tailor outreach intelligently - Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once - Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth environment WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE - Commercially sharp and highly proactive - Strong sense of ownership and personal EXPERIENCE -
- Experience in a BDR or SDR role in B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company - Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar -
- Experience building outbound sequences and multi-touch campaigns - Exposure to event-based prospecting and post-event follow-up - Comfortable working across both strategic accounts and broader outbound campaigns HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED - Qualified meetings generated from outbound activity - Campaign performance across reply rates, conversion, and pipeline creation - Quality of account targeting and stakeholder identification - Speed and consistency of follow-up after events and campaigns -
