Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate a standardized demo platform for provisioning and maintaining demo environments at scale
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation for environment creation, updates, resets, and teardown
- Build CI/CD workflows that keep demo environments aligned with release trains, configurations, and feature flags
- Create and maintain “golden” demo templates (reference deployments), including realistic configuration and safe, reusable seed data
- Improve reliability and user
- Implement access controls and security best practices for demo environments, including secrets handling and auditability as needed
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the stack (infra, networking, app config, data), acting as escalation point for complex demo platform problems
- Develop metrics and dashboards for demo health (availability, provisioning times, failure rates, usage) and drive continuous improvement Requirements 6+ years of

- experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles Strong
- experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and automation at scale
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or equivalent) •
- Experience building and operating CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) Hands-on
- experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and environment lifecycle management
- Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or equivalent) to automate platform workflows and troubleshooting •
- Experience supporting internal customers (e.g., SEs, field teams) with production-grade reliability and clear operational processes Preferred
- Experience building self-service platforms (portals, CLI tools, templates) for environment provisioning
- Familiarity with feature flagging, configuration management, and managing multi-tenant demo environments •
- Experience managing test data generation, sanitization, and refresh processes •
