Responsibilities
- Drive strategic thought partnership by building and implementing department-level talent strategy initiatives that align directly with business outcomes. •
- Lead change management by partnering with senior leaders to develop scalable change strategies, proactively planning for contingencies and championing the vision through effective storytelling. •

- experience with a demonstrated track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant. •
- Independent problem solver with a proven ability to manage large, complex projects across functional and regional boundaries with minimal direction. •
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. • M&A

- For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $175,000 - $200,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual

- In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
