Responsibilities

Own the commercial renewal strategy across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with customer stakeholders.
Navigate procurement processes and partner with Legal and Finance to drive contract execution.
Identify and execute commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Forecast renewal risk and commercial opportunities to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Build scalable renewal and pricing frameworks as Topsort continues to grow. What we think you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of
experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, enterprise software, or a similar commercial environment. •
Proven ability to negotiate confidently with procurement teams and senior customer stakeholders.
Experience working with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the contract lifecycle.
