Responsibilities
- Optimize maintenance processes, inventory, and spare parts management Partner with vendors to improve equipment and process reliability Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime Identify and lead initiatives to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime Maintain critical equipment lists and implement risk-based contingency plans Responsible for build-out and execution of corporate driven initiatives, stay up to date on relevant training to perform these activities,
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards (e.g., ISO9001, RCMS) Support FMC Corporate Standards and Best Practices Required Education: Bachelor’s degree required Certified Reliability Engineer a plus 5 years Engineering experience preferred
- Develop and execute the site maintenance and reliability strategy Provide direction to Maintenance Supervisor, Planner, and maintenance team Build team capabilities in reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work Drive standard work processes to improve labor efficiency and resource utilization Strengthen the Mechanical Integrity program to ensure safe, compliant operations Manage site capital budget, and
Requirements
- experience in manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements Working knowledge of SAP, including maintenance module, inventory, and procurement functions Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems Strong mathematical skills and statistical analysis methodology.

- Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
