Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers that support sales in Webflow’s growing NAMER region.
• Define & clarify priority objectives for the team that ensure success of the designated segment(s) as well as the broader SE organization.
• Coach Solutions Engineers on how to run effective discovery, develop customer specific solutions, create compelling demos and deliver quantified business cases to customers.
• Collaborate closely with first-line sales leaders to ensure SE contributions are being leveraged to optimize customer success & ARR opportunity.
• Naturally build trust and practice candor with colleagues to drive productivity.

• Success in this role requires proven presales leadership, strong technical aptitude, critical prioritization skills, and ability to move with urgency in the midst of ambiguity.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
