Responsibilities

Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
Have a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
Possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS.
Excel in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in DevOps, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, continuously expanding your skill set to adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi for managing cloud resources.
