Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
- Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
- Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.

Requirements
- At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
- Have a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS.
- Excel in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in DevOps, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, continuously expanding your skill set to adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi for managing cloud resources.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. Our Core Behaviors:
