Responsibilities
- Build and run Workato’s global developer community programs: launch and scale hundreds of local developer user groups, a world‑class MVP / Champions program, and university & student outreach initiatives. •
- Design and maintain the supporting systems, tooling, and analytics that power self‑service growth. •
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor community leaders and champions, providing resources, recognition, and incentives to sustain long‑term engagement. •
- Launch ambassador and champions programs; recognize and reward top contributors. •
- Design and execute community strategy across Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X/Twitter, and in‑person meetups. •
- Build relationships within the San Francisco AI community and host events and activations in our SF hub. Requirements Qualifications /

- 5 + years building and nurturing developer communities from zero to scale. •

Benefits
