Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support short- and long-term sales growth objectives.
- Organize and manage demo plots, farm trials, and field events to showcase product performance and promote FMC solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key customers, ensuring high-quality service and ongoing support.
- Implement territory sales plans, deliver customer feedback internally, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and profitable business growth.
Requirements
- Your qualification 3–5 years of
- experience in the crop protection market or agricultural input industry.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian agriculture, farming practices, and the local crop protection market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
