Responsibilities
- Lead development of high-impact executive communications including All Hands, senior leadership forums, keynotes, major announcements, and thought leadership.
- Design and manage a multi-channel internal communications ecosystem, optimizing channel use based on audience, purpose, and impact.
- Champion two-way communication—ensuring employee feedback loops are embedded and actionable.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across executive communications, internal channels, and key moments.
- Drive proactive storytelling that positions Sprinklr’s leadership as credible, differentiated, and forward-looking.
- Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness, engagement, and reach.
- Lead high-stakes communications initiatives including transformation milestones, organizational changes, and major announcements.
- Identify and implement AI workflows and a gents to improve productivity and efficiency Partner closely with External Comms , Brand, Digital, HR, Product Marketing, and Field teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.
