REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, or related field Postgraduate qualification (e.g., LLB, MBA, or Master’s in Regulatory Affairs/International Relations) is a strong advantage 8–12 years’
experience in agrochemical regulatory affairs, compliance, and policy, including significant exposure to African markets Proven
experience managing multi-country regulatory environments and engaging with government authorities, regulators, and regional institutions Strong strategic capability with
experience in long-term portfolio and market planning based on competitive, regulatory, and technological insights Ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies that improve asset performance and guide business direction Experienced cross-functional leader and collaborator, able to influence diverse teams and build effective internal and external partnerships Effective communicator and presenter, proficient in MS Office, able to work in complex multicultural environments and travel up
