- Qualifications: Working knowledge of contractual
- requirements related to Government Property Management, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS property management clauses, DCMA Guidebook and other related industry regulations Bachelor’s degree with two years of prior related
- experience or post-secondary/AA Degree with 6 years of prior related
- experience or graduate degree with 0-2 years of prior related
- experience Maintain/ability to attain Secret security clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills Ability to attain Certified Property Professional Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) within 12 months of hire.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are preferred Data Analysis skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel formulas, charts and pivot tables are preferred Familiarity with Sunflower asset tracking system Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management and Finance concepts is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Technology, or Business Management with 2+ years of
